Below, I will introduce the advantages and disadvantages of Excavator sliding arms to everyone.The sliding arm structure consists of two layers, with a telescopic oil cylinder design in the middle. It adopts a dual limit design and is propelled by the telescopic oil cylinder to move the sliding arm, hence it is called a sliding arm. The dual limit design is adopted to avoid the stretching of the telescopic oil cylinder and reduce the vibration during operation.
The precautions for excavator sliding arms are that they cannot excavate hard soil and cannot be used for lifting.
The excavator slide arm slider adopts full plate cutting and non welding design, with a longer service life. Wear resistant rubber is added inside the slider for easy replacement and maintenance. The upper and lower sliding plates of the excavator arm are designed with steel sliding blocks to avoid direct wear of the sliding plates and improve their service life.
